I've attended both the tour and Gin school. It's both time and money well spent. The tour and class are well conducted and you will learn a lot about the process of making gin and get to sample the different gins they offer. Gin school should be mandatory for anyone serious about Gin. You get to make your own Gin with your choice of botanicals, with guidance from the instructor on the harmony of the ingredients and recommended dosage. Through the distilling process, you are taught how to separate the run-off into head, heart and tail, tasting your run-off along the way.
