What is the Distillery Tour maximum group size?

Are there vaccination status checks?

Yes, there are. Please note that you are only considered fully vaccinated 14 days after you have received the full regimen of any of the vaccines approved by the Ministry of Health. You will be required to show our team your vaccination status through your TraceTogether app.

I'm not vaccinated, can I still attend the Distillery Tour, Gin School or have drinks at the Tasting Room?

Yes, you may join us if you have a valid negative Pre-Event Testing (PET) result. Your test result is only valid for 24 hours.

Are you taking other precautionary measures?

Yes, we are. All guests are required to check-in via Safe Entry. Tables are wiped down and sanitized after each guest leaves. Brass Lion hand sanitizers are also available for use. Groups are seated at least 1m apart.


Do I need to make a booking?

You can just walk in to our Tasting Room during our opening hours for a drink, or you can also make a reservation in advance here to secure a table. Please note that we are closed on Mondays. If you would like to sign up for our Gin School or Distillery Tour, you can make a booking directly on our website.

Do you do private events/corporate functions?

Yes, we are open for private events, please fill up this form here so we can propose something suitable for you.

Do you have food?

Yes, please refer to our menu here.

What is a Tasting Room?

Our Tasting Room functions just like a bar - except that you can only get Brass Lion drinks here! You can try our signature gins as well as experimental gins. We also have G&Ts and cocktails.

Is there Happy Hour?

Why limit happy to an hour?! Our happy hour prices for our signature serves are $12, and are available from 4pm-8pm, Tuesdays-Fridays.

Is your venue wheelchair friendly?

No, unfortunately our venue does not have wheelchair access. Our building has 2 floors, with our distilling area on Level 1 and our Tasting Room on Level 2, which is only accessible by a flight of stairs.

Do you have an outdoor area?

Yes we do, but it is currently under renovation and will launch in end October.

Are kids allowed?

We welcome all ages but those under the age of 10 will not be allowed in our distilling area.

Where can I park?

You can park at Mapletree Business City carpark. There is a small road on the left of our Distillery that leads you to the carpark entrance.


Can I reschedule/refund my ticket?

There will be strictly no rescheduling or refunds for all of our Distillery Tours and Gin School Experiences. We have to abide by strict reporting and regulatory guidelines therefore we are unable to make any changes once payment has been made. Tickets may be transferred to another person but not to another date.

Are there virtual tours?

No, but we do host virtual tastings and cocktail making classes which require a minimum of 25 participants to start. You may send us a request here.

Why am I unable to book Distillery Tours and Gin School on your website?

Slots are fully booked if you are unable to book a session on a selected date. You can either reduce the number of participants, or select an alternate date.


Can I make a refund/return?

Please check your order items carefully as all sales made are final and there will be no exchanges, refunds or returns if an order was incorrectly placed.

What if I have a question about my order?

Note: Please do not call our Tasting Room as our phone line is meant for tasting room reservations only. The bar team answering the call does not have access to your order information, and thus will not be able to assist you with your enquiries.

Do you ship overseas?

No, we do not ship overseas at the moment. However, if you are able to arrange your own international shipping, we can pack it for you.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Deliveries are sent out on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. The estimated waiting time is 3 working days. For personalisation, please allow 5 - 7 days.
You can do a self-collection from Brass Lion Distillery if you need the bottles urgently. please drop a Whatsapp text to our logistics team if you have further questions at +65 8767 4097.Note: our logistics team is available from 11am to 6pm on Whatsapp.


How long can I keep my gin?

Gin has an indefinite lifespan! However, for maximum enjoyment, we recommend consuming your bottle between 6 months to a year of opening. Once the bottle has been opened, the spirit may oxidise and cause some flavour and aroma to diminish over time. On another note, our Butterfly Pea Gin is all natural and made using zero synthetic colours or flavours- so while the flavour will last forever, its blue hue will fade over time.

Where and how should I store my gin?

Gin is best stored in a cool, dark place away from heat and direct sunlight. This is highly recommended for the Butterfly Pea gin to maintain its colour for a longer time. Alternatively, gin can be stored in your fridge or freezer.

Is your gin vegan?

Yes it is. Our gins do not contain any animal ingredients or animal products in the manufacturing process.

Is your gin gluten free?

Distilled spirits are considered gluten-free due to the distillation process.


Do you sell gift vouchers?

No, we no longer sell e-gift vouchers.

Do you have physical gift vouchers?

No, we do not at the moment.

Vaccination status

In line with the current regulations, please ensure that you are fully vaccinated to join the session.

Refunds

There will be strictly no refunds. The booking is transferable to another person, and you can get someone else to take your seat.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling is only allowed if there are updated regulations on number of persons are allowed for dine in, or if the guest is under quarantine.

Ticket information

Each ticket is valid for only one pax. Additional guests without tickets are not allowed to sit in for the session.
