We're offering a GINgle Edition of our Gin School every Saturday and Sunday in December. This festive gin version will have guests crafting their own bespoke gin using Christmas ingredients. Select from a range of holiday recipes like Candy Cane Gin or Gingerbread Gin and tweak the recipe to your taste with the help of our distiller. Create your own festive gin to impress your holiday guests and toast to the season with Brass Lion in Singapore – the perfect holiday gift experience for any gin lover!

Meet your Ginstructor and fellow distillers for the day. Enjoy a welcome drink as we share with you the programme for the next few hours.
Get acquainted with your botanicals
Engage your senses and enter the wonderful world of botanicals. Touch, smell and taste from our herb garden and lab before working with us to create your unique recipe.
Start Distilling
With your very own mini copper pot still, we'll guide you on how to distill a well-balanced spirit based on your preferred flavour profile.
Finally
Bottle and personalise your creation to take home. After all your efforts, you’ll definitely be thirsty. So to top it off, we’ll serve you a G&T with your very own gin in the Tasting Room. You can continue your evening here with more food and drinks until closing.

- Booked sessions are transferable to another guest, but not another date
