What types of private events can I host at Brass Lion Distillery?

Our distillery has hosted everything from intimate weddings and solemnisations to private celebrations, team gatherings, and corporate events. Whether you’re envisioning a cocktail-style party, dinner, or interactive experience, our team will tailor it to make your occasion truly memorable.

How many guests can your private event space accommodate?

Our tasting room and bar area can comfortably host up to 40 guests seated or 60 guests standing, depending on the setup. For larger groups, we can explore partial or full venue hire options.

Can we include a distillery tour or cocktail-making workshop as part of the event?

Absolutely! We can incorporate guided distillery tours, gin tastings, or cocktail-making sessions to elevate your celebration. These experiences are a great way to engage guests and make your event one to remember.

Do you provide food and drinks during private events?

Yes — all food and drinks are prepared and served in-house by our events team. Guests can look forward to handcrafted cocktails featuring Brass Lion gins and a curated menu designed to complement the occasion. For weddings or larger celebrations, we’ll work with you to tailor the menu and beverage offerings to your preferences.

Can I bring my own decorations, entertainment, or catering?

We’ve got your food and drinks covered in-house, but you’re welcome to bring light decorations or entertainment that complement the venue. If you have a special theme or setup in mind, let us know in advance and our team will help coordinate it seamlessly.

How far in advance should I book my private event?

We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance, especially for weekend or evening slots. Early bookings help us secure your preferred date and prepare any bespoke setups.

What’s included in your private event or experience packages?

We offer two types of bookings — Private Experiences and Private Venue Hire.

Private Experiences (like our Distillery Tour or Gin School) are hosted by our team and include the guided activity, drinks, and light bites during the session.
Private Venue Hire provides exclusive use of our tasting room and bar for your event, complete with in-house cocktails, staff, and setup. Experiences can be added on to venue bookings upon request.

How do I make a booking or request a quotation?
