50 ML Hawthorn Gin
30 ML Orange Juice
1 TSP Honey
1 Egg White
Garnish | Haw Flake

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker and dry shake.
  2. Add ice to the shaker and shake till cold.
  3. Fine strain into a glass.
  4. Place garnish gently on top of the froth.
