Ingredients

45 ML Brass Lion Butterfly Pea Gin
75 ML Prosecco
20 ML Lemon Juice
10 ML Simple Syrup
Garnish with Lemon Twist

Method

  1. Add ice to a shaker.
  2. Pour in gin, lemon juice and simple syrup.
  3. Shake well until cold.
  4. Fine strain into a glass and top with prosecco.
  5. Garnish with a lemon twist.
