A bold revival of a colonial classic.

Brass Lion Pahit Pink Gin is our modern take on the classic Gin Pahit – a favourite among British sailors in colonial Malaya. We’ve given it a distinctively local twist by infusing our signature Singapore Dry Gin with our house-made Singapore Bitters, crafted with superfoods like goji berries and red dates inspired by traditional Chinese medicine. The result is a spiced, flavoured gin with a smooth finish and a legacy rooted in the region – a must-try pink gin from Singapore that bridges past and present.

WARM, BOLD AND SPICED

Warm Nights Tinged with Holiday Spice

Inspired by the storied cocktail from the Malay Archipelago, this full-bodied spiced gin delivers a bold yet nuanced depth.

What is pink gin?

Traditionally, pink gin was a simple combination of gin and bitters, originally used by British naval officers to ease seasickness. Today, it's evolved into a category of flavoured gin, often with fruity or spicy profiles. Our Pahit Pink Gin brings the two worlds together – classic and contemporary.

What makes pink gin pink?

Our Pahit Pink Gin gets its rose hue from our house-made Singapore Bitters, infused with botanicals and superfoods inspired by traditional Chinese medicine, such as goji berries and red dates. No artificial colouring, just a natural blush with bold flavour.

What is "Gin Pahit"?

Gin Pahit, which means "bitter gin" in Malay, was a staple among British colonial officers in Malaya. A mix of gin and bitters, it became both a remedy and a ritual. Our take honours that legacy with a modern Singaporean flair, rooted in the traditions of the region.

What are the best cocktails to make with pink gin?

Pink gin cocktails are a great way to enjoy this versatile spirit. Try it in a Pink Negroni, a spiced Gin Sour, or simply paired with ginger ale. However you serve it, Pahit Pink Gin adds depth and character to the glass.
